Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Eezzyy Global Consultancy Services Ltd is committed to fairness and transparency. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased. All refund requests must be made in writing via email to: support@eezzyglobalconsult.com
2. Training Program Refunds
Refunds for training programs are subject to the following conditions: • Full refund (minus administrative fee) if cancellation is made at least 7 days before program commencement. • Partial refund may apply if cancellation occurs after commencement but before 25% of program completion. • No refund once training materials have been fully accessed or downloaded (where applicable). • Administrative fees may apply.
3. Third-Party Examination Fees
For examinations administered on behalf of external certification bodies: • Examination fees are subject to the policies of the respective examination provider. • Eezzyy Global Consultancy Services Ltd does not control refund eligibility once an exam has been scheduled. • Refunds, rescheduling, or cancellations must comply strictly with the exam body's rules. • Where permitted, refunds may be processed only after confirmation from the examination provider. • In some cases, exam fees may be strictly non-refundable.
4. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend — a scheduled exam, a training session, or a booked coworking slot — without prior notice, may result in forfeiture of fees.
5. Coworking Space Refunds
• Membership fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. • Security deposits (if applicable) may be refundable, subject to inspection and outstanding charges.
6. Payment Processing Fees
Bank charges and payment gateway fees may be deducted from approved refunds.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–21 business days, depending on payment method and third-party processing timelines.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds outside this policy in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.
